Two days' event about Energy & Environment
- 4 Mars 2009: Renewable energy sources
- 5 Mars 2009: Saving energy in the construction, transportation and industry
The event was under the auspices of the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA). Prof. Arthouros Zervos, President of the European Renewable Energy Council (EREC), Chairman of the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) and President of the European Wind Energy Association (EWEA) was the key speaker. There was a reportage about this event in the national digital TV channel 'Prisma'. The presentations were collected in a CD, to be distributed because high interest was recorded. |

- January 2008: the EDEM's magazine 'Woman Engineer' made a new start with a better layout and more subjects. Also the EU project WOMENTOR 'EUROPEAN FEDERATION of MENTORS for GIRLS and YOUNG WOMEN' with EDEM as a partner starts from January for one year.
- 7 February 2008: EDEM organized an entertainment night with famous Greek singers. This event was a big success, a lot of our members and their friends came and we had a great time.
